United StatesThis is a beautiful hotel with an ideal location. There is a train station next to the property, a Lawson convenience store one block away, and several trendy clothing stores around the corner. You can easily walk north to the buzzy Nishiki area and Oasis 21/museums, and southwest to the Osu Shotengai Shopping Street. One evening I made a reservation for the hotel’s warm pool, steam room, onsen, and sauna. It was extremely relaxing and the facilities were fantastic. They even have swim suits to borrow for free. The hotel room itself was very impressive, including a nice view of the city with floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom is spacious and featured heated floors. I will stay at this hotel again.

The room was more spacious than we expected. There was a nice bubble bath, fridge with reasonably priced drinks, lots of beauty amenities and a karaoke machine, which we enjoyed a lot.
The staff was also really helpful and polite.

Very nice!! We had a very cute room that had lots of amenities and toiletries to use free of charge. The karaoke, bubble bath and room service was just what we needed to relax!! The room is very spacious and clean.
