Jacuzzi is nice, bathrooms in rooms are roomy, water pressure is great, water dispenser on each level to fill up water bottle or pitcher provided in room, free amenities placed in room, free luggage storage, staff helped with bringing bags up to room when we struggled (we had a party of 5 and we had several other bags to hold), about 10 minute walk to Yuirail station, close to Kokusai dori street to go shopping

The location of the hotel was great. It's close to a monorail station as well as the Naha Bus Terminal. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The offered selections varied from eggs & bacon to Okinawan pork. It was very delicious!

I liked the guidance of the Nepalese stuff. They saved my trip especially one Nepalese in front desk. I told him that last time they gave me room far away from main gate and need to walk a lot. He suggested to add extra money to get room in the main building which has elevator with direct access to front desk and swimming pool.

Great onsen , though the amenities are not that full options, with the price it is really of great value! Room is comfortable, shower room is detached from toilet and sink, convenient. Location is good, short walk to the shopping street.

Loved the amenities like the sauna, pool and hot tub. Also very cool to have a little “private beach” accessible by stairs at the back of the property. The technologically advanced air conditioning, air filter and stove system “talked to us” and made adjustments. When the weather is nice it was very enjoyable. The stormy weather brought concerns as the toilet and sink gurgled loudly.
