We opted for the half-board option. Dinner was excellent. Breakfast was alright. We loved the room, the hot tub in the room and the very helpful staff. And of course the Mt. Fuji view. We were on the 3rd floor, but we still got a good view of the mountain.

Room is good, huge and clean. dinner is fabulous special for the small hot pot soup and sukayaki breakfast is standard buffet nothing special. remember go to level 8, a very nice view for mount fuji.

The view was excellent. However, Mt. Guji is slightly far from here but the staff was really supportive to drop us at Kawaguchiko Station from where we could easily go to Mt Fuji.
