All of the rooms face the river, it was nice and quiet. The free minibar was a treat. The onsen was a bit complicated, but complimentary during out stay and fantastic - different pools - soda, cold plunge, sauna, herbal steam room, onsen inside and outside. The airport terminal 2 is a short easy indoor walk, about 8 minutes room to check in. The train to the city (35 min to Ginza) is right there was well. There's a tasty Japanese BBQ restaurant in the mall area just outside of the hotel. Onsen procedures- take your shoes off and put them in a locker, take the key from the locker and check in. Onsen, steam room, sauna, towels are included if staying at Premier (not grand). When leaving go the machines on the left and scan your locker key, there will be no cost but you'll get a ticket that scans to let you out.

I loved the staff, always cheerful, professional and willing to help. The breakfast meals were delicious with a wide variety of high quality items. The bar had a great atmosphere where we could entertain friends. Our room was huge and immaculate, well stocked with items to make ourselves at home. Would definitely return to this hotel our next trip to Tokyo.

It was well curated and had ample space for the style of accommodation. The tv was big and had access to lots of streaming. We enjoyed the coffee that was generously left by Ken and also we enjoyed the front balcony. Furthermore, Ken was easily one of the most hospitable hosts I’ve ever head. It’s evident that he cares about his guest and puts their needs first

Superb hotel, great location right at the heart of most happening Shibuya. Two minutes from Shibuya station and 5 minutes from the scrambled crossings, with countless restaurants and food options. This was probably the cleanest place we've ever stayed! The staff took care of the smallest details: we were given robes, nightwear, slippers, toothbrushes, bath products, a razor... the list goes on. What's more, the cosmetics and cleaning products were of the highest quality. I regret that we don't have such at home :) The room was cleaned perfectly every day. Not to mention the legendary Japanese toilet 🙂

A bit outside from center like Tokyo Station but such a wonderful deal. Walking around the neighborhood is relaxing away from the hustle bustle. Check in is beautiful, staff very friendly and so helpful. There was a lounge area with snacks/drinks/games and seating area to enjoy, super cute and welcoming. The amenities was a super cute plus that I was not expecting to be so good. Room was spacious, clean, beds and pillows were so comfy. Will definitely return!

Overall, such a unique experience. The attention to detail, professionalism and genuine care of staff made this a wonderful stay! And the traditional breakfast…wow! Even the teenagers loved it. Dinner at the associated restaurant was also delicious. After a long day, it was helpful to have reservations and a short, beautiful walk to unwind. We will definitely return to stay here.

This is a beautiful place! We absolutely loved staying here. The room was spacious and beautiful. The view was extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond at all times. There are many restaurants/bars in the hotel as well as they have a complimentary "happy hour" every day with snacks and drinks. They even have a tunnel to the subway station beneath the hotel. You will not regret booking here!
