Rushi went above and beyond — room upgrade, spa bookings, balloons, birthday cake, gift, and card — every detail was perfect. Suresh’s cookery class was brilliant, and thanks to Mr Vithu, Jana, and the whole team. We loved the billiards room, spa, amazing food, and our stunning suite. Stayed 13–14 August — pure magic!

We stayed in the Mountain Suite, and the views were stunning. The room was very spacious and the staff extremely attentive! The facilities were top-notch. The indoor pool overlooked the mountain ranges, the Skyline Bar is a must visit for anyone in the area - drinks in the clouds - and the Sackville restaurant had great food and views. The breakfast buffet consisted of food from all over the world - and shouldn't be missed. The manager, Mr. Shaam, consistently went above and beyond - He was extremely informative and resourceful and consistently surprised us with his generosity! Dilrukshi was always helpful with tips on where to go and what to do. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We arrived in the evening when it was dark, rainy, and cold, unsure of what to expect—but the staff made us feel welcome and at ease right from the start. Their warmth and hospitality truly set the tone for our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious—thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The property is exceptionally well run, with attention to every detail to ensure a comfortable experience. The heated blankets were a particularly thoughtful touch on such a chilly night. We only stayed one night, but next time, we’ll definitely be staying longer!
