Our penthouse room was excellent, even prettier than we expected. We had panoramic views of the medina and sunset. The sunken bath with rose petals was a charming touch and the room was beautifully decorated and well thought out.
We had lots is space and use of the sun terraces and hot tub.

A beautiful riad in the old town. Easy to walk through the lively streets to the port, centre & beach.
Close to the bus station too.
Very helpful & friendly staff. Delicious breakfast too.
Rooms are spacious, lovely bed linen, huge bath & a peaceful roof terrace to relax.

From start to finish we were very well looked after for a week. The Riad is a hidden gem and beautifully decorated, creating a very calm ambience. The rooms are simply furnished with a quirky bathroom with all creature comforts. A delicious breakfast is served on the roof ( blankets available) and the sun loungers up top make for a relaxing Aladdin style world. A big thanks to Felix and Assma for their warm hospitality and help during our stay.

Dar Maya is a comfy, quiet, pleasant residence tucked away at the end of the Essaouira medina. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom quite big with a large shower. The house has a roof-top terrace where you can relax in the sun and meditate while gazing over the roofs. Breakfast was tasty and is served until late. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient, and available 24/7. The shops and restaurants of the city are on your doorstep, everything is easy and accessible. The beach is ten minutes walk away.

Perfect location, easy to find and navigate around Essaouira from. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, enabling us to check in early on arrival and also printing flight passes. Room was very spacious, with nice area for sitting and relaxing. Bathroom and shower facilities were brilliant and well presented. Great breakfast too.
