New and well decorated, very close to TePapa museum and New world supermarket . Size suitable for our family and feel like home. The staff was very quick to reply to any inquiries.

Responsive and kind staff, well equipped room (in addition to full kitchen, there was a washer/DRYER combo), exceptional location just across the street from the Te Papa Museum, excellent food in the attached restaurant, the Gallery Lounge. The hotel decor is fresh, fun and interesting, welcoming and comfortable. A few days before our arrival, one of our group broke her hip and had emergency surgery. She was newly released from the hospital and we wanted to settle her into her room at the hotel upon the arrival of our morning ferry to Wellington. We messaged Museum Apartment Hotel and requested that she be given access to her room early and the staff was unfailingly gracious and kind in their immediate response and they arranged for our entire group to be checked into our rooms several hours early. Their kindness made a difficult situation much better.

The room was always neat and tidy when I returned from working during the day, and the addition of a small kitchen was exceptional. It allowed me to curb in my expenses by purchasing food at the nearby grocery store to prepare mr my late lunch/early dinner in the room.

Everything was top notch. The host and hostess were exceptional and so kind. The pods were super nice and quiet offering an excellent night's sleep.
