The hotel is located two blocks away from the main square and a lot of shops. The staff in the restaurant was super polite. The breakfast was great. The hotel was clean, organize and a lobby within each floor. Air-conditioned work really well, the room was noise proof. So you can sleep and jave a great rest.

Hotel is located a little bit far from center of Tarapoto, but you can reach by walk local restaurants. Historic center of Tarapoto is also a little bit far, but you can reach the central part of the city by tricycle (Asian tuk-tuk transport type). Hosts are very friendly and they can give some recommendations about options of dining etc. Just remember that staff is speaking only in Spanish and you will need some Spanish for communication.

Very friendly staff I was made feel so so welcome by the family. They were very helpful throughout my stay here. The room was fantastic very big & spacious with a very comfortable big bed. I will definitely stay here again.
