United StatesI stayed at this hotel for one night when I visited Ramallah. It was fabulous!! Everything was exceptional. The rooms were so luxurious I honestly didn’t want to leave my room even though I was there for tourism. The beds we super comfortable and there was a great selection of things to watch on TV which I didn’t find at any other hotels in the region. The location is perfect walking distance to downtown. The owners are so sweet and helpful and even arranged a taxi to take me back to Jerusalem. It honestly feels like a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else on my next trip to Ramallah.

It is located 10 minutes from the city centre where you can find restaurants and supermarkets. Also tourist and transit information as well as taxis to take you to the border terminal. The place offers a private entrance, so its completely private from the rest of the space. Mohammed our host was very welcoming and also helpful, with everything we asked.
