Staff tried to help, but this hotel is way overpriced. It really is not a nice place.
Clean but run down and spooky

I stayed at this hotel for one night when I visited Ramallah. It was fabulous!! Everything was exceptional. The rooms were so luxurious I honestly didn’t want to leave my room even though I was there for tourism. The beds we super comfortable and there was a great selection of things to watch on TV which I didn’t find at any other hotels in the region. The location is perfect walking distance to downtown. The owners are so sweet and helpful and even arranged a taxi to take me back to Jerusalem. It honestly feels like a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else on my next trip to Ramallah.

Everything was good and the staff was very friendly
Stepping into a hot tub and soaking in warm water is bliss. If you choose a hotel with a jacuzzi, you can do this any time you want – morning, afternoon, or evening. Some hotels offer private hot tubs, while others have shared jacuzzis, usually part of a wellness spa.
We spent actually half a day as a transit from Palestine to Jordan. The room is huge and very comfortable! It is located 10 minutes from the city centre where you can find restaurants and supermarkets. Also tourist and transit information as well as taxis to take you to the border terminal. The place offers a private entrance, so its completely private from the rest of the space. Mohammed our host was very welcoming and also helpful, with everything we asked. A plus is the very good wifi connection!
The room is spacious and clean. Ibrahem, the owner, is the kindest person, he offered us a bowl of fruit as soon as we arrived and then drove us around Jericho to show us the main attractions. He was so kind and helpful! I would defenitely go back and suggest the place to everybody.
Wonderful hotel. The room was spacious, modern and very clean. The hotel is run by a lovely team of staff who really care about making your stay special. We especially loved the pool and sun lounger area - perfect for a day of relaxing. Breakfast is delicious and huge!!
Very clean, nicely located and friendly hostel. Ranya and her colleague made everything to make my stay perfect. Bathroom and bedroom were tidy and confortable. I 100% recommend !
A very good place to stay in Jericho. The host is fantastic and so helpful from the.moment you book to the moment you leave. The appartment is spacious with everything you need inside. In easy reach of the interesting places to visit and a short taxi ride away from Kahlia beach on the Read Sea.
The guesthouse was perfect, very clean and spacious with lovely terrace and peaceful location. Very close to Old Jericho and the Mount of Temptation. Walkable to Hisham's Palace and the town centre. Highly recommended.
Very comfortable and spacious room, with a beautiful view and a large balcony. The owner is a lovely a man. There is a kitchen, which I used for making breakfast, and the owner kindly brought over whatever small things were missing from the kitchen (salt, oil etc)
