Clean, quiet, easy to check in and out of, with a large comfortable bed. I arrived quit late, but the instructions on how to get in were all automated and easy to check myself in. Good communication with the host as well!

We have planned long awaited Northern Lights trip at Kiruna as this year there are lots of activities on sun and have greater chances and views of Northern lights. We have decided to do road trip from Södertälje to Kiruna but as the distance is approximately 1300 kms which would requires 15 to 16 hours and we decided to have break journey with nice overnight stay in hotel and then I found this. Great hotel just off the E4 but was surprisingly quiet given its beside a very busy road. It has ample parking spaces. We had a warm welcome by Kristofer the owner. Check in was quick and simple by girl at the reception. Kristofer is very very helpful in showing our room, the free of charge coffee and tea machines and the water stations etc. The family room itself was very good. Breakfast was nice and mostly fresh. I have booked another stay on 1st March 2025 as return journey back home. If you want to reach the hotel number please dial start with +46 and not 0 as it redirected to wrong person. Thanks

A good place by the park. Everything I need can be found in the house. There’s a ICA store ten minute’s walk away. It’s actually not a bad idea to book a room without a window in summer here in Sweden. I had some good sleep there.

5 min from apartment is a wood with skiing trail, nice for walking also. Nice large kitchen (large fridge, microwave, cooking plate etc.) and living room with 2 sofas. Terase was also nice with a large dining table.
