Didn't catch his name, but the chef/Mgr of the restaurant at the hotel who served us a phenomenal breakfast obviously loved his job and making sure his guests were well taken care of.

Hotel is nicely and quietly located between the mountains and the river Soča. The rooms are housed in separate chalets and the whole area is clean and well maintained. The restaurant is really nice and all the staff equally friendly. Behind the domain there's lots of space to walk the dogs.

Top-notch location. Magnificent grounds. Staff is always ready to assist in the best possible way, ensuring there's no sense of intrusion while resolving any issue instantly. Despite our complete lack of desire to plan anything, the staff made it possible for us to fully enjoy all the hotel's services, including the charming SPA. A very atmospheric place.
