The location is great, you are in the heart of the old town. The staff is very friendly and available. The pension has a mini-bar at the reception, you can serve some drinks. The rooms are extremely clean. Also, the garden is a huge bonus, it is a really nice place. If we will come back to Kosice, this place will be definitely on our list.

The apartment is indeed clean and equipped with everything you need. However, I am not a legal expert, but at least from an ethical perspective, the description of the property does not properly emphasise some of the details of your booking. While I understand the owner's wish to maintain the quality of the apartment, the chosen control and surveillance mechanisms undermine comfort.

The Hotel Ambassador was fantastic. Located in Old Town we had access to all the sites. From shopping, outdoor cafes, historical site to the Marvelous fountain. Such a peaceful and welcoming environment. I must recognize Claudia. She was much more than a receptionist; she is an ambassador.
