The stay was truly magnificent. Both the owner and the young member of the staff as well as the lovely chef were excellent, welcoming and finely attentive to make sure you were looked after. We appreciated the professionalism and great display of care for their activity. The room we stayed was one of the more economic, and one of the most curated we have been in our trip in Turkey: in material, ammeneties and design choices of the interiors. The more prestigious rooms should be quite the gems. Breakfast was equally breathtaking, with plentiful choices and all around views of the quite canyon. Such a hotel can make any guest feel like they can relax and recuperate energy to explore these beautiful landscapes.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Whenever we had problems or small complaints, they made sure to help us and treated us very well. Everything is amazing about this property. Location is amazing-away from the main touristy area, views from the location are amazing too. Host at the reception (I think her name was Busra) is very hospitable and kind. She was super excited to show us around and help in any way she can. Property is newly built, so facilities are amazing. Breakfast was a delight. It included all the traditional Turkish dishes. They offer tea, coffee, water and snacks at anytime of the day and repeatedly check on you if you are having a good time. We were in the area scouting hotels for our upcoming longer trip and this property has certainly impressed us a lot.

It was the most amazing stay in Turkey, we would love to be back. We booked the place based on aesthetic cave pictures with a thought to have a morning view of balloons on the breakfast table, due to some road incident we were late to check-in , but the host family was very accommodating and welcomed us warmly, since it was very late, our first impression was being at a very remote place and no view of balloons, but the warmthness of the host family really impressed us and in no time we all had a comfort of being a personal guest of the family, we were very late a hungry, they offered us fresh dinner which they specially made for us.impressive..next morning we woke up and felt like we are with family who knows us for tears, so much love and care. We had a lovely breakfast with the host family, we talked alot , they organised quard trip, hot air balloon rides for us. The love and care we were given impressed us all. 2nd night we were returning back late after our dinner and the car tyre burst ,I messaged them and they all reached to rescue us in no time, the daughter brought my family home, father and son stayed with me to sort out the car, then brought me back home. Next morning they managed my car fixing and gave us the comfort of being with our own family, I honestly owe them a thank for life, what a beautiful family. I would highly recommend a stay with them.

We loved our stay at Shiraz!! The host and staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable! Our cave room was very spacious and unique. The setting of the hotel is beautiful. The breakfast provided was delicious and sumptuous. We would highly recommend the place!!

    This hotel is gorgeous and very authentic. It’s located in a small village, away from the mass tourism. Which is why it was perfect for our romantic getaway. The staff was super friendly and helpful, also with organising activities in the area. We stayed in the Roman King Suite, which is a magnificent room with hamam and jacuzzi area. Very charming and spacious. Would totally recommend. The pool area is super cozy and peaceful.

    Dear host, Our stay in your cozy and in a quiet idyllic village was breathtaking. The hotel room was spacious and equipped with a relaxing Jacuzzi. The rooftop terrace invites you to enjoy a rich and regional breakfast with a view of the dreamy village. All in all it was our favorite accommodation in all of Cappadocia.
