Great location and really comfortable room. This was my 8th hotel as part of a long road trip and I had the best nights sleep here so far. The room has heater (which I needed on this unusual cold wet summer day) and a great shower. Parking was right outside of the room and there was coffee available in the mornings with an ice machine outside next to the reception. Bars and restaurants are walking distance, I would recommend Custer wolf - food and drink. I had the best chicken tenders there I’ve ever had an a big selection of craft beers. Tommy the owner was a really friendly guy and it seems everyone knows each other by first name and it was just a great place to chill and meet new people.

What a location! Being less than 30mins from Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse and the Wildlife loop makes Custer a great location - and this hotel is the perfect stay if you are in town! The large lobby offered a relaxing space to unwind with a coffee or tea in the evening, and a brilliant setting for the included breakfast. The staff we met were friendly and professional and the room was large, modern and clean. A great stay!

staff was very friendly and accommodating. the pool area was lovely and the rooms were comfortable. The staff care about you as a person and in my case, spent some time getting to know me when I checked in. would highly recommend.

It was very nice, the receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty standard for mid-range hotels. Price wise, for those who are staying in the area for a few days, it's probably close to what you would expect to pay. The location is great, just a few miles from Jewel Cave National Monument and about in the middle of the Black Hills.

We were very welcomed and actually way before our checkin (1pm). The lobby is really original and contextual to Keystone. Finally hot tub and swimming pool area are very relaxing. Coffee, tea available anytime in the lobby, a real plus.

Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Liked the atmosphere and amenities of the hotel; there were 2 pools, a hot tub, pickle ball court and a basketball court. Also a nice trail near by for walking.

Very close to all of our planned activities. Staff was very friendly, actually changed sheets everyday. Shower was good and hot, never got cold on us. Hot tub and pool area was very clean. Loved the rose quart boulders out front front, those had to cost a pretty penny to get.

Great location. So many places to go within walking distance. Late afternoon/early evening you would just see people walking around town. Everything was local to town, no fast-food chains which gave you a chance to experience mom and pop shops. The pool was bigger than most hotel pools, with the hot tub and sauna it made for a very relaxing time with the family.

Central Location for may excursions. Room was spacious, good in shape, chalet style with wood. Bathroom clean. our Room was up on the hill not to close from the Street, which was appreciated. Pool/Whirlpool were on Service but we did not use them.
