Our family of seven stayed for two nights during the UAE holiday and had a great experience. The staff were very warm and accommodating, special thanks to Edmund, who ensured our check-in and check-out were smooth and even arranged for our rooms to be on the same floor, making our stay exceptional. Thanks as well to Rozenne from the front desk for her kind assistance. The rooms were clean, the amenities were good (including the pool, spa, and mini waterpark), and the buffet meals offered excellent selections. Kudos to Asha, Subrate, Kabir, Divine, and Jowel from Terraza for making our dining experience wonderful.

Located on the shores of the Arabian Gulf, overlooking its own private natural bay, Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is situated on 1.3 km stretch of private beach. It was amazing our stay, literally is a palace, the room is spacious, we have a beautiful view, the food is delicious, especially the Lebanese restaurant. This was our first time at a Mandarin hotels and we definitely loved the service and attention.

The room was spacious, spotless, and perfectly climate-controlled, ensuring maximum comfort. The heated pools and beach area were fantastic, offering a great place to relax. The breakfast was rich and varied, while dinner was equally satisfying. The staff was polite and attentive, making our experience even better.
