The hotel offers 5-star accommodation with a sauna, hot tub and hammam. I really liked the service at hotel, super polite staff. My stay was for 10 days and firstly my room wasn’t on sunny side. I asked if we can change it to sunny side and staff did their best to change it in next two days. The room was always super clean thanks to the staff on 19th floor.

And Tarek as administrator did everything for our comfortable stay in the restaurant, always smiling, always helpful and just creating a wonderful mood.
