Everything was perfect, the rooms are well designed, both functionally and estetically. Best possible location, helpful staff, great matress and sleep, quiet aircon, convinient (nearby free undergriund) parking, invluded water and snack appreciated. The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff was helpful and friendly. The arranged a cab to the airport for me in the middle of the night. I liked the location of the hotel, it was in the middle of old center. That’s exactly what I wanted to feel the local vibe. I wish there was more diversity to breakfast, but it was pretty filling.

We had an amazing two-night stay at this luxurious hotel, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. The hotel itself is breathtaking – it looks like a real Italian palace, beautifully designed and elegant in every detail. The service was top-notch, with staff who were kind, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. There are two pools, both of them wonderful. One is located within the main hotel area – it’s spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing in a quiet, serene atmosphere. The second pool is just across from the hotel, only about 10 meters away, and it’s even bigger. That pool was a highlight for us – not only because of its size, but also because of the fantastic restaurant right beside it. The food was delicious, especially the fresh fish, and there were great options for kids too. We barely left the hotel during our stay because it had everything we needed – comfort, beauty, relaxation, and great food. We absolutely loved our time here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious getaway.

There were lots of breakfast options, everything was delicious. We eat dinner at the restaurant the food was great and lots of options Gentian our waitress was very friendly and spoke different languages,thanks to xhane and Majlinda for keeping the room clean and helped us with clean towels.
