It was an amazing experience! The hotel is modern, comfortable and clean. The room was very big with a spectacular sea view, the staff was very friendly, especially I want to mention Eneda at the reception desk, i want to thank her very much for the organisation of our rest. Actually, everybody was polite and friendly and tried to help us. The room was cleaned every day, the breakfast was very good. The beach is exactly in front of the hotel and we enjoyed it every day. The sea was warm enough and we were getting free beach towels every day at the reception. The location is perfect. The hotel lays in the walking distance from the port and from the promenade. There are a lot of small caffees and restaurants nearby. I really love this hotel, it was one of our best vacations, thank you, guys!

Location is awesome - great view over Sarande. I also liked swimming pool and jacuzzi facilities - although it was October we still enjoyed using both of them. And breakfast is just excellent - I only wish I could more than 1 coffee:)

The owner and staff were very nice. The owner even gave us a complimentary boat ride for swimming in the middle of the sea. The rooms were the best and very Hi-Tech. I will definitely recommend it to everyone.

A properly luxurious hotel with no expense spared. This was my second time visiting and the staff were so kind and welcoming like I remember. Especially Ola at the reception has great hospitality. The bed and the linen were super comfortable. Parking was adequate and the breakfast was great and well presented.

Beautiful, luxurious hotel with amazing staff and accommodations. The rooms are very clean, modern and the furniture is new. Amazing technology in the rooms and breakfast was delicious. The staff accommodated our very late arrival and kept in contact with us to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you Hotel Lord.
