The apartment was very clean and cosy, modern with a touch of vintage, comfortable, and pleasant. The location was great, we parked at Parking Cite nearby, and reached all the desired placed easily by foot and by car. Plenty of cafes and terraces. The host was great, sent us plenty of details and recommendations, really really helpful.

The location is in a quiet area of town. not walking distance to anything but you are not worried about this because the actual apartment is stunning.... the amenities are great once you know how to use everything. Its a place of total relaxation and a place to destress from the world around you. A great place to come back to after being out or just stay and enjoy. Its not a place just to come in a sleep... at this price point and the amenities offered you want to relax and spend some time here.

We absolutely loved the apartment, it is well located, with excellent restaurants and patisseries on your door step. The building and apartment have so much character, was well equipped, it had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, with quality bedding, our 13 year old son slept well on the fold up bed which he also found comfortable. Cable TV with English BBC 1 and Disney channels. Good central heating, hot water on demand, we did not find anything lacking. Alexis was on hand immediately by phone when we required his assistance with some local directions on arrival to Liege. The parking was straight forward for our medium sized car, so nice to have it locked away behind the grand wooden doors. We would definitely stay here again if in Liege. Van Der Valk Sélys Liège Hotel & Spa is set in the historical city of Liège, a 5-minute walk from the city centre and Liege Palais Train Station. Room was just as advertise, but felt cozy. Unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy breakfast but dinner was A+
