The hotel is very family-friendly, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The staff were kind, attentive, and especially accommodating to families with children. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, suitable for both adults and children. Overall, this hotel was a perfect choice for a family holiday. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay and would happily recommend it to other families. We would definitely return.

The manager was extremely kind and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was spotless. There is convenient parking available as well as reliable Wi‑Fi. I highly recommend this place.

It was lovely, very tasteful 5* hotel matching the spirit of Koprivshtica. Everything seemed purposeful. Additionally, they were very accommodating to me for my birthday :)

Il WiFi gratuito è a disposizione in tutta la struttura e c’è un parcheggio privato disponibile sul posto. lovely, bright and brand new studio apartment (we rented 2 and they were both great). all modern and with new furnishings, well equipped kitchen and nice place to relax in the evening. separate bathrooms, again all newly fitted out. you can also use the pool, sauna/steam rooms and spa at Borovets Hills hotel (directly opposite). there was a small extra charge but we’ll worth it. our hosts were great, very helpful and they checked in on us during the week. you can ski in/out to Yastrabets lift (about 5 - 10 mins to make your way to the slope with your skis on) it was very quiet, only half the apartments on our floor were in use (and it was half term). lots of parking as well if you drive.

The place is located in the heart of Borovets, literally in front of a lift and the slope. The apartment is probably one of the most comfortable and luxurious apartments I've ever stayed at. We had an amazing vacation here. The host was extremely friendly and helpful - any issue or question we had was addressed immediately. Would certainly come back.

Hotel nuovo, arredato con ottimo gusto in stile montano e dotato di tutti i comfort (2 saune, Jacuzzi, bagno turco e palestra attrezzata), in ottima posizione per visitare le attrazioni della zona e per escursioni nella natura. Ottimo anche il ristorante, con piatti della tradizione ma rivisitati con gusto, e ottima la colazione varia e abbondante!

Very nice hotel, excellent spa facilities with mineral pools. The staff were very polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and prepared very quickly.

The friendliest staff and one of the best pools I've visited. The rooms are spacious enough and very clean. Everything was flawless, we had a great time!

Hydropark the Wind Mills is located in Gorna Malina and offers 6 outdoor pools, water slides for adults and children, a restaurant and a lake for sport fishing stocked with trophy fish. Location was great, very clean and amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. Also very kids friendly
