Location next to the archaeological site was fantastic and the staff were very attentive and helpful with excursions. They took very good care of us and went out of their way to see our comfort. It was flawless. Understated elegance and the highest quality abound. The villa was vast, the private plunge pool was great, the food in both restaurants and the pizza place was really good. It was a privilege to eat wonderful food whilst immersed in nature. The trails, rope bridges, etc were superb. The people were, without exception, courteous, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.

He helped book all of our tours and made sure that everything was as it should be with the home. He picked us up at the airport and drove us back with a stop at the ziplines on the way back to Belize City. His home is very nice and located about 2 miles outside of downtown San Ignacio, so it's an easy trip into town for dinner.

This property and caretaker David just were above and beyond what we could have hoped for! What a beautiful house with all the amenities just minutes from town. Howler monkeys and plenty of birds made every morning memorable. I have never seen such detail and thought go into the decor and feel of each room. We felt at home here and will be back.

Beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings. Staff are excellent. The place is very clean. We saw lots of birds, howler monkeys and a night monkey. San Ignacio is 10 minutes taxi ride and worth going for a wonder and some nice food. We found two fantastic restaurants The Burnz and Crave House of Flavour. Also took a trip to Xunantunich Mayan site which is excellent and worth a visit. You don’t need to go on a trip just book a taxi in town, much more affordable. Larry the host provided very good service. We lost some glasses on the transfer he arranged from Mexico and Larry contacted the taxi company and had the glasses posted to our hotel in Mexico which is an excellent service.

Hidden Valley Inn -- unexpectedly, I stayed in a lodge, within 7300 acres of wilderness in the Mountain Pine Ridge, 1 hour away from San Ignacio. I was greeted like a special guest, stayed in a beautiful villa, minutes away from the grand lodge, and the pool. There are kilometers of hiking trails, 5 major waterfalls on the property. I did the Butterfly trail, a 30 minutes by car, and a 30 minutes hike. Splendid! When you arrive at the falls and it's emerald lagoon, in the middle of lush jungle, you think that these few moments “Oh Mon Dieu" There they were all for myself, known as the “jewel of the property", featured in several tourist brochures of Belize. The Place is extremely clean, well maintained, in exceptional condition made our stay more enjoyable. We felt at home as the Apartment had all modern amenities which made us felt like we were home.
