This resort, built in 1888, is styled after a Scottish Baronial castle and is a National Historic Site. Located in Banff National Park, it offers 11 restaurants and 14 shops. What is not to like it is iconic, beautifully organized, so much staff to help you. The rooms were beautiful. You don’t have to leave this hotel for the entire weekend. It is that beautiful and accommodating.

This Banff hotel is located on the slopes of Tunnel Mountain, within a 20 minute walk of downtown. Each room offers a wood fireplace and private bathroom. Amenities are always fantastic here!!! Hot tub is always up to temp. The Prow restaurant always had delicious food. Complimentary coffee in the morning is always appreciated. We got smores this time for our room and it was such a great little snack to enjoy by our fire in our room.

Canalta Lodge se nachází 5 minut jízdy od centra města Banff, 20 minut autem od společnosti Snowy Owl Sled Dog Tours, a nabízí bezplatné Wi-Fi a kavárnu. Breakfast was nice and room super big. Could have accomodated an extra 2 people. Yard and hot top hours were until 11pm, which is nice as normally it's only till 10pm. Breakfast was crowded, but nice.

The best accommodation we stayed in Canada. Super central to bus stops, bow lake and banff shops. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The reception area has a free hot drinks station (tea, coffee, hot water) which was a life saver when we were heading out super early in the morning to the lakes. The breakfast! Honestly the best hotel breakfast we have ever had in our lives, I'll be dreaming about the potato tots for a long time.
