André in the hotel restaurant was also great, he was very understanding and kind. André provided excellent service and catered to our dietary requirements. The staff at The Grand Hotel really contributed to making our trip excellent. The spa was clean, the location was great and the rooms were very nice. The stay was better than what we had expected.

Offering spectacular views of the Swiss and French Alps, Hôtel Le Grand Chalet is a family-run, historic house from 1896, located 50 metres from the ski slopes in Leysin. The service was superb.. everybody was very helpful during our stay. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious, and amenities (jacuzzi, sauna, bar…) was top. The property also has very beautiful view
