The location was good, close to the train station and the gondola station. The staff was very nice and helped us with all our questions. The breakfast was good and they had a lot of options. Also, the restaunt in the hotel was excellent (a little bit expensive) and the staff helped us with the resevation I was there during my birthday and they gave me a small cake and a birthday card during breakfast even when I didn't let them know, that was a nice surprise :)

The Hotel Schweizerhof Bern & Spa is a historic five-star hotel located in the heart of Bern, Switzerland. Excellent location close to the railway station and the university, quiet room at the highest floor with nice view to the mountines.

We travel a lot and have travelled around Europe but this hotel was above and beyond any place we have stayed so far. The creativity of the design, definitely is something to look forward to. rooms are super clean, the hotel management is super generous with providing almost any snack you might crave and refilling it free of charge. The view is breath taking. The breakfast was such a smart idea to be served in picnic baskets behind the door. We Loved Everything and looking forward to go back.

Tento hotel se nachází přímo na břehu známého jezera Blausee s křišťálově čistou modrou vodou a nabízí gurmánskou restauraci s pstruhy a dalšími lahodnými pochoutkami. The staff made an upgrade of our room for free. We enjoyed our room so much and appreciated it. We also like the restaurant with local trout.
