The host was truly wonderful – very kind, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. The house is beautifu and clean. Her dog is also incredibly friendly. We and our dog had a fantastic stay. The bed is very comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. This stay was one of the highlights of our trip. Thanks for the great recommendations on places to visit – we really enjoyed them as well. She is a truly respectable and inspiring senior who deserves to be treated with the same sincerity and kindness she shows to her guests. We'd love to come back and stay at her warm and welcoming home again.

We loved the location; the room was beautiful, and the view was breathtaking. The service and the food were very nice too. It was a perfect way for us to celebrate our anniversary. Located in Grindelwald, a 10-minute walk from the train station, Boutique Hotel Glacier offers a restaurant with a terrace, a bar and a lounge with views of Mount Eiger. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional — everything felt spotless and well-maintained. The location is perfect, close to key attractions and convenient for getting around. One of the highlights was definitely the breathtaking views from the room, which made the stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

It was my second time at this hotel, this time we had a lot of snow and the lake was beautiful. The room is comfortable with a very nice view, the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a la carte and delicious. I didn't have dinner at the hotel. Free parking.

They had us at the entrance with their genuine, friendly smiles. The atmosphere is really cozy, and they pay attention to all the details. The afternoon snack is a lovely gesture. The view is astonishing from the pool, the restaurant, and the balcony, too. Best location ever. Our servers, Anette and Laszlo, were amazing! Everybody was helpful, sometimes even without our asking. Portions of food are more than sufficient and really tasty. Our dog loved the plush blanket!
