The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Exceptional hotel, fantastic location, and top/friendly service!! Room was great, and nice attention from the hotel as we celebrated my wife's birthday. Great recommandations as well from Concierge on activities and visits. Definitely worth selecting Grand Hotel Victoria Jungfrau

This is a place that is a joint home for the elderly and a hotel for tourists. So meal is together in the dining room on separate tables. There are also many elderly that can be seen in the common areas who are lovely and smiley to tourists. I really appreciated the business concept and idea as it is unique but hopefully mutually benefiting the elderly community as well as the tourists.

Everything was thought of, even a complimentary bottle of champagne. And the host was amazing, we had an issue with wifi and he came over to reboot the modem within a few hours. If you want a bit of loved up time, this is the place. Was so cool having the hot tub in the bedroom, everything was comfortable and perfect. Absolutely loved it here 10/10.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hapimag Interlaken, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The moment I stepped onto the balcony, I was blown away by the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and picturesque town. It was truly mesmerizing! The location of the resort is perfectly central, making it easy to explore Interlaken's charming streets, shops, and restaurants. We were within walking distance to everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was not big but quality wise impressive. A special mention to Patricia, she was quite helpful in the breakfast section. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and ensured our comfort and satisfaction.

The room provided was spectacular with an astonoshing view of the mountains. The staff were extremely helpful and gracious. Especially loved them wearing traditional swiss attire.

We liked the size and layout of the place, including the great roof deck and spacious living, kitchen, and dining areas. We also appreciated the luxurious tub and shower.
