This being our second time at Victoria was extra special, cos we were celebrating a special occasion there and i must say from the start of booking they took care of each and every tiny details told. From the surprise cake to the spa all were perfectly executed . we loved it all! The staffs were really friendly and helpful both at the restaurant & the pool , the pool being the highlight of it all! My little one had a great time there ! The location being in the center and with a view so magnificent also with a park at the front , gave us the perfect staycation we needed as family. Thankyou

The room was very clean and comfortable in size. We had a very nice balcony. We also enjoyed the spa after a day long tour around interlaken and zermatt.

The room was well designed and impeccable. The bed was well equipped, (ahem) and comfortable. Extremely clean room and bathroom. A stocked fridge. Plenty of espresso. A kitchen, lots of towels...this place has everything you need minus a washer and dryer. Location is okay...not the best, but close to Interlaken West. Nice cafe right outside the place. If you have a lot of luggage be prepared to go up two flights of stairs..but the climb is worth it. The value on this place is incredible.

Set in the Central Interlaken of Interlaken, within less than 0.6 mi of Interlaken East railway station.

The location was really great, very closed to the downtown and easy access to many of the shops. The room was very clean and large, very suitable for the famlies. We found everything we need for cooking and that really helped us.
