The lake view room was amazing. The facilities were great, we loved the spa area and pools. The lakeside lounge area was gorgeous. The evening piano player was an unexpected bonus!

The location is perfect — just a couple of minutes from the train station and a beautiful walk (or a quick funicular ride) down to the lake. Every day we explored different cities and villages such as Locarno, Ascona, Milan, FoxTown, Bellinzona, and Swiss Miniature in Melide, plus many other charming spots nearby. The scenery is stunning, with palm trees and lush nature all around. We especially appreciated the thoughtful blue folder on the living room table, filled with detailed and useful local tips.
