Staff is very nice and helpful.
There is a small supermarket couple minutes from the hotel.
Definitely worth to visit.

United StatesThe views are stunning and waking up every morning to a lakeside view is the perfect way to start your day. The staff were amazing. Levent and the bar staff are the best in class. Breakfast was the best I had in Switzerland and Luzern. The cleaning crews stopped by several times a day, and with pillow service which is a throwback to the old glamorous classic hotels.

When we checked in, Lyn showed us to our room on the 5th floor.
We stay at ADM during our last week of our vacation to Europe. Therefore I spurged on the room.
The room Lyn showed us was not the room I had requested when I made my reservation back in Aug.
Lyn was amazing and quickly turned the rooms around so that we had the room I had wanted. We were very pleased and enjoyed the hot tub and the views for our 6 night stay.

The location was close to a number of tourist attractions which was lovely in the day and at night. The room was perfect for 8 of us, spacious and bathroom was clean. We drove a 1.9m car and was initially worried about parking, but there was a car park less than 5mins away, which was really a plus for us. The lady at the reception was really helpful too.

The hotel was amazing: from the big room with lots of commodities (nespresso, tea, slippers, bathrobes, etc) to things like, an umbrella, sewing kit, skincare products (moisturizer, cotton pads, etc). The view from the room to the lake was amazing.
The breakfast was really tasty with a great view and had a variety of choices.
We also used the free spa which included sauna and other facilites.
Lastly, we booked a fondue dinner at the huts/cabins and was a really nice experience, great service, food and views. Definitely recommend!

There were no bunk beds in my room just four floor beds. I always end up in the top bunk which is hard to get into, stuffy and I am more worried about making noise. Floor beds are much easier and quieter. Good bathroom facilities that were clean and really cozy fun common spaces. Anything you needed (laundry, snacks, ramen, beer, etc..) were available to buy from the property which was really convenient. Amazing views.

The rooms were very clean and perfect for a 3 day trip. The bathroom was a bit small but again for 2 people and a short trip it worked well. The rest of the room was spacious and there were plenty storage places. The staff was also friendly.
The spa area was really nice, the pool was big and there is also an outside area. The family sauna was a nice touch aswell.

The breakfast was a la carte, and very quick. The surprise call when we were boarding the ferry to inform of the complimentary pick up was wonderful, (I'd somehow missed this option). The walk up through the forest behind the hotel was lovely. Most importantly the room, hotel and spa facilities were incredible.

Fantastic location on lake shore. The hotel has pleasant traditional-Style charm. Staff was very friendly. Our room (106) faced the water and offered comfortable beds, a spacious, modern bathroom and a spacious terrace. The room was quiet with windows closed. The restaurant was excellent both for dinner and breakfast, with an outstanding breakfast buffet.

The hotel is excellent - comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, very quiet surroundings, plenty of free parking space. About 25-30 min drive from/to centrum of Luzern. "Come as a guest, leave as a friend" is the motto of the hotel, and for a good reason.
