The hotels provide superb service, from booking to the wonderful, friendly & knowledgeable staff on arrival to the property. My dining experience did not disappoint. I enjoyed the delectable freshness of each meal & the delightful presentation. My room was spacious, clean & quite modern with an amazing alpine view. The fresh orchids in the room added a very nice welcome touch to the ambience which is set for guests relaxation & rejuvenation.

Marco was the perfect host and apartmant was absolutely wonderful! We had everything we needed. Beds were extra comfortable, kitchen was fully equiped, hot tub was 🤩. Kids enjoyed beautiful garden. The Seehotel Pilatus is situated on the shores of Lake Lucerne. It offers a large indoor pool, a hot tub, and free Wi-Fi. The spacious, air-conditioned rooms provide mountain views. We took the corner junior suite which was very comfy, clean spacious with a great view of the lake, a diverse and tasty breakfast, nice staff and easy parking.
