Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The decor is spot on. Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh dishes for everyone's taste. Rooms are updated and are larger than expected with a nice balcony. Mini bar was included, nice touch. The staff was very helpful in providing local amenity and ski information. They went out of their way to help us with accommodation resolution due to being stuck in Zermat as a result from a heavy snow storm which caused the trains to be cancelled. The hotel's breakfast was prepared quite adequately according to Swiss conditions. I can say that the beverage menu is narrow. It is located on the main street in the most central part of the town of zermatt. It has its own restaurant under it and dinners can be eaten here. The fascinating view of the Matterhorn mountain can be seen from the room of the hotel. It is a very nice activity to listen to the music in the morning and watch the scenery on their small balconies. The beds and pillows of the hotel are very nice. When this comfort is combined with the fresh air of the town of zermatt, a perfect sleep emerges.

Excellent interior design; amazing view to Matterhorn from the pool and from our room; wide variety of stuff for breakfast- good quality, fresh juices and fruits; staff is very professional and helpful ; sauna is small ( 3 options) but sufficient to relax after a hike ; we also had dinner at the Grill restaurant and loved it - especially the Tatar and tuna tataki; we also used the option of the free shuttle from and to the train station - although short distance , it helps with the luggage. Pillows and mattress were very soft and comfortable . The room was very spacious. If we go back to Zermatt, we’d stay there again

It s difficult to do better. The hotel is located on a perfect spot with a great view on the lake. It had just snowed so the landscape was idyllic. Everything is brand new and each element chosen with taste. The spa is perfect with a small pool, a big jacuzzi, a resting room, sauna, hamam and massages options. From there you have a spectacular view on the lake. The restaurant experience was unreal. The quite young chef is Italian and acknowledged to be a future star. I had never eaten so well. Everything from mise en bouche to the desert was made With such care and the association of elements was very original, all with local Valais products. The room was perfect with very confortable beds and a big and beautiful bathroom. A place to go back to as soon as possible.
