Everything. The views inside and outside the hotel were breathtaking. The room was big, super clean and have all the amenities we needed. The food was very good and the staff was amazing. It was our 5th wedding anniversary and we had a lot of welcome gifts in the room. The infinity pool is just beyond words.

We come to this hotel whenever we are in the Lucerne area. It is AMAZING! Love everything from the staff, to the incredible views from the balcony, the room service, the huge range of delicious foods for breakfast and the playroom for kids. Beautiful location, scrupulously clean and so very comfortable! Our room was in the Guest House, an annex which is a one minute walk to the main building; we would recommend this to travellers looking for a great experience on a budget. All the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was amazing and the spa area was impeccable; we would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Stoos.

This place feels like home and I am definitely staying there again. Everything was amazing! Ahhh, and how about the view?? Stunning!! The room/bed was comfy, the other guests were super nice and Ray, the host, he was super easygoing and welcoming. THE BEST HOSTEL EVER!!! :D

The spa facilities in waldhotel has a peaceful environment. The room is amazing with its terrace. The cleanliness is 10/10. The toilet has electric water spray! The breakfast is serves fresh and delicious food. This is our second time in the hotel!
