The house only has accommodation service, it does not have a hot tub or sauna. The rave reviews didn't disappoint! What a gem of a place - our cabaña was super spacious, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and great little details everywhere. The best part was the giant wooden hot tub, which felt luxurious and was blissful after a long day of hiking. It's out of the way from the center of town (but just a short taxi ride away, which you can easily order from there), which is great if you want a quiet experience of disconnecting and relaxing. But the best part of our stay was David, our wonderful host, who was always ready to lend a hand (to order food after our late arrival, etc.) and made us feel right at home. His attention to detail is excellent, and you can really tell he wants his guests to have a great experience. The cabañas are stocked with breakfast food for the duration of the stay - pretty basic food but it does the job. And the views are gorgeous, you're in the middle of nature with the mountains in the background - priceless. Definitely recommend this place for a restful stay in Puerto Natales!

The views are amazing, super clean and the bathroom very nice!

Our group of 5 adults and 3 teenagers stayed here 2 nights while prepping for our trek in Torres Del Paine. Mauricio was so helpful getting us set up for arrival, which included arranging a transport for our large group from the airport. He answered all my questions promptly and even shared a video to make sure we could get into the house easily. He also referred us to local shops where we could buy the supplies we needed for our trip. We slept so soundly after our long flights down to Punta Arenas from the States. Really, we have only good things to say about our experience with this rental. We wholeheartedly recommend it to others!

Guests staying at Explora are welcome to use the heated pool, sauna and the outdoor hot tubs, located steps away from Paine River. In addition local flavours can be enjoyed at the dining hall. Food was great. Location was amazing.

The guided treks and walks were interesting and we saw so many amazing animals, birds and landscapes. The riding excursion on the ranch with a gaucho was a highlight. Each and every member of staff were friendly and helpful. An unforgettable stay.

The location is nice, it’s a bit out of the town but very easy (and affordable) to get an uber/taxi. Rooms are comfortable with wonderful views from the large windows. Having access to an outdoor hot tub after doing the W Trek was a nice treat!
