Spacious room, very comfortable bedding, Breakfast was great, the spread was one of the better ones I've had. The noodle station was good, but the pastry was simply amazing. We loved the Spa, the massage was really good and ambience was nice. The wet/dry sauna was also great. Staffs were polite and nice. Living room is very nice touch, and the coffee is quite good.

Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay Resort and Spa is located in Haitang Bay, right beside the beach. Great great resort staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was very spacious and clean.

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently located near stores, supermarkets, and restaurants, and it’s just steps from the beach. The on-site spa is definitely worth the money.

Great room - not sure if they upgraded me to a junior suite but the room was spacious and had everything I needed. It was a comfortable stay.

Hotel has incredible garden. Breakfast very good choice. Very polite staff. Mihail manager is person who helped me everything I needed , and more than that. He was very proffesional and friendly.
