The rooms were clean and comfortable, great air con, and there was a delicious breakfast each morning and an even better view of the mountains. Great location, nice quiet area that was a short walk to restaurants and street food market. The staff were exceptional and so helpful to book our national park tickets, give recommendations and provide coffee and icecreams after a long day of exploring! Special shout out to concierge staff Xiao Song and Rock Lee for being so accommodating and friendly.

This has been one of my best experiences I have ever had at a hotel! The owner was extremely kind and made sure that we could have a great time. She prepared for free a full three-day itinerary customized for us, arranged a driver and bought all the tickets that we needed. Moreover, she made sure to follow up with us and was available to reply to our questions. That alone saved us hundreds of dollars. The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are big and have everything you need. Also, the location is very convenient right next to the National Park and it is a lovely place to relax. They can also prepare customized meals for you at a low price. I recommend 100%, you will have a great time!

Vyzkoušeli jsme i večeři, která byla opravdu výborná. Krásný výhled z pokoje. Z našeho pobytu jsme nadšení.

No.5 Valley Inn obklopený zelení se nachází 2 km od západní brány (vstup Yangjiajie) národního lesního parku Zhangjiajie. The food was amazing, all home cooked and sourced locally. The location is incredible; views through the valley are beautiful. The outdoor heated pool looked out over this incredible view. Our room was spacious comfortable and felt very luxurious with a balcony overlooking the mountain. Finally, the best aspect of our stay was the staff, everyone we met was kind, helpful and spoke great English, in particular Frankie, who went out of his way to help us organise our trips to the national park and even dropped us of and picked us up each day (even when we were hours late!) . We cannot recommend this place enough and are very much looking forward to going back again soon.

My stay at Guan Yun Shan Ju was an absolutely unforgettable experience. Tucked away in the serene mountains, this lodge truly lives up to its name "Cloud-Gazing." Waking up to a sea of clouds right outside our window was nothing short of magical. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a tasteful blend of modern comfort and traditional charm. The wooden beams and soft lighting created a very cozy atmosphere. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional; they were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was another highlight! We enjoyed delicious, locally-sourced meals that were both fresh and flavorful. Sitting on the terrace, sipping tea, and watching the clouds roll by was the perfect way to unwind. It's an ideal retreat for anyone looking to disconnect from the city's hustle and bustle and reconnect with nature. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be returning.
