The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu has been awarded as Five-Star hotel by Forbes Travel Guide for a sixth consecutive year. From the moment we stepped out of the car, we were truly impressed by the grand atmosphere and exceptional service at this hotel. The welcome experience was seamless and warm, and we immediately felt well taken care of. A dedicated manager was assigned to look after us throughout our stay, and we were incredibly fortunate to have Ms. Meria Pan. She went above and beyond—helping us secure restaurant reservations, recommending places to explore in Chengdu, and providing thoughtful guidance. Even after we had left Chengdu for Chongqing, she continued to assist us, which was genuinely outstanding. The hotel room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. We were allocated a room on the 40th floor with wonderful city views—especially stunning at night. The room amenities were excellent, from the quality of the bed and linens to the luxurious bathroom and thoughtful room setup. The location of the hotel was also a major highlight. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and street food options right around the property, as well as convenience stores and mini marts just a short walk away. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. The concierge team was equally impressive. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage for several days while we travelled to Chongqing, which made our trip much more convenient. Their professionalism and willingness to assist added to the overall positive experience. We also visited the sky bar during our stay and enjoyed the cakes and drinks while overlooking the city skyline. The ambiance was fantastic, and the desserts were delicious—definitely worth trying. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional service, luxurious comfort, and a prime location. The staff, especially Ms. Meria Pan, made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chengdu.

Between Trees and Streams nabízí restauraci, zahradu, sdílený lounge a terasu. Zharu Temple se nachází 9 km odtud. I can’t say enough about how great our stay was. The staff were super welcoming and accommodating - they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our tickets to the national park got cancelled the day before, and they went out of their way to help us get tickets even though it said it was sold out on Trip.com. We arrived after their restaurant had closed for lunch but they called around and took us to a neighbouring hotel and asked them to accommodate us even though their restaurant was closed for lunch too. They helped us with many other things - the service from the staff was second to none. The location felt secluded and relaxing, surrounded by mountains, but just a 15 minute ride to the national park. They offer a free shuttle ride to the national park. The rooms were really spacious and clean. The restaurant food was good. Overall, it was a great stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel by Jiuzhaigou national park. We hope to visit again some day.

ChanYin Hotel se nachází v centru města Čcheng-tu a nabízí fitness centrum, zahradu a sdílený lounge. Klášter Wenshu je 1,7 km daleko. staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We were given a tour to see different room types to pick for our stay. Room and bathroom are clean and comfortable.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are very attentive and thoughtful. Its location right next to the subway station makes transportation extremely convenient. The best part was that before our arrival, we asked the hotel staff to prearrange a birthday cake and flowers for my wife, which made it an unforgettable birthday celebration for us. To visit Lugu Lake, choosing this hotel is definitely the right decision I've ever made! The location is stunning, and it is not an exaggeration to say that this place has the most beautiful views of the entire Lake Lu Tu. At the hotel's doorstep is the beach by the lake. The sand is fine, and bare feet step on it, and the tingling feel comes from the soles of the feet. In the afternoon I feed the gulls here, and as soon as I get the food out, swarms of the gulls come cheerfully, flying up and down around me, chirping as if they were writing a musical song. Their white wings sparkle in the sunlight and make a beautiful picture with the blue waters of the lake and the distant mountains. When the sun goes down, the sunset shines brightly on the lake, and the gulls are dyed warm orange, beautiful as a wonderland. I just sat quietly on the beach, watching the beautiful scenery in front of me, feeling that all my worries were thrown away. This hotel brought me not only a comfortable stay but also a visual feast. I will stay here next time I visit Lugu Lake!
