The WiFi is extremely fast too. The views from both the room and balcony are amazing, and the security couldn't be better - it is in a gated block with security guards 24/7. The bed was also probably the most comfortable I've slept in over my whole trip. I would certainly book again if I'm in Bogotá.

The hotel features amenities such as an on-site business centre, hot tub and hammam. Speaking English, Spanish and Portuguese, staff will be happy to provide guests with practical information on the area at the reception. The staff above everything else is what stood out to me. Especially the person I spoke to in the concierge lounge on the 13th floor. With that being said, the hotel is one of the nicest I’ve been to. And provide many amenities that will make your stay one to remember.
