For those of us who were going elsewhere and have been roughing it for a bit this hotel is a nice reset. The staff are great, kind, and while the check in process takes a bit longer it is well worth the wait. The room is spacious, brand new, clean - it was exactly what I was looking for. Chances are I'll be staying and going to San Agustin once more. There's one thing I do know - I'm not staying anywhere else but here.

The pillows were comfortable and I had a great sleep. I also liked that the property is a little more isolated than some others, they were kind enough to turn off the lights so we could view the starry sky. Breakfast was delicious.

We had meals cooked on site, and it was delicious. The place is just great all around. If you visit, say hello to her parrot 🦜. He's very talkative.

This is the place to stay in Pitalito. Hands down. Great room, great staff, super safe, and excellent breakfast.

The garden is a little piece of paradise, the cabins are lovely, comfortable and clean. The restaurant is also really good. But, what make this place great is the staff! Yolanda was always available to help us with everything, including organizing a horseback riding tour or giving us recommendations for nice walks in the area! We did not want to leave...

The peace and quiet. And the staff. Rafael was always ready to help with a positive attitude. Newton and Carmen the administrators were very friendly and helpful.
