We experienced an issue with our room on the first night (the air conditioning wasn’t working), but the manager promptly addressed it. He moved us to another room and even compensated us with a bar credit as a gesture of goodwill. This level of service really stood out and left a positive impression. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re into kitesurfing, as it’s perfectly situated near ideal spots for the sport. The waitstaff are also very kind and attentive, ensuring that guests feel welcome and well taken care of. A unique feature we appreciated was the water dispenser available on the premises. In Kenya, even in more upscale resorts, this is not always a standard amenity, so it’s a big plus, especially from an eco-friendly perspective. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. While it’s not a high-end resort, the combination of excellent service, great location, and thoughtful touches like the water dispenser made it a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay, particularly for kitesurfers or eco-conscious travelers.

The accommodation features a hot tub. Wow wow wow!!!What a place. It's difficult to describe such nice experience. From the communication, to the kindness, to the idea and execution of creating such place, simple everything. It is super comfy, the made us bonfire, we had a jacuzzi, the bed was suoer comfy, as well the amazing pillows.The view is insane towards the sea and perfect sunset.. Also the food they served us which we ordered extra was super good. Unique experience and totally worth it.
