The room was spacious, extremely clean, and very modern, the view from the room window was breathtaking, the staff was very helpful and clear in communication. The location is also perfect as it is just around the corner from all the attractions and hiking routes.

Central location, clean, modern, air conditioned all in historical building walking distance to main square with restaurants. Pleasant breakfast on terrace. As a solo traveler I was happy to take small room with twin bed that was surprisingly comfortable. Loved the view of church and rain gutter “dragons”

Very comfortable stay. The room was roomy & cozy. Staff were super friendly and spoke English. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. Something for everyone even with the strictest of diets. Lots to do - from sport to relaxation. Great for pets, children & couples. Covered parking as well.

Breakfast and Dinner was very good and tasty. Room were excellent, great view and very clean. The beds were very very comfy. Great rest after long day skiing. Spa was great and clean.

The hotel is fantastic, located in a beautiful location. Our room was very large and comfortable, very well equipped with anything you might need after an outdoor day in snow. Very clean and intimate spa , was a pleasure. The restaurant: go, discover and enjoy by yourself.

Attention to details and high quality of facilities. Namely: The best bed mattress I have ever experienced in a hotel room, had a great sleep on it. Free Finnish sauna was a perfect finish for the day in the mountains. Spotless glass in the shower. Netflix. Interior has a great style. Very friendly and willing staff and facilitator.

Went there for a music fest in the neighboring Trutnov with whole family and dog. The owners were supernice and helping. Good breakfast, big room. Nice building with authentic Dutch vibe.
