there are hidden details, I like the note the housekeeping left under the bed saying we can feel good, they cleaned even under the bed. very clever message...
we loved the concept as a whole and looking forward to go back to hotel ens of each day to have drinks at the lobby. If they were a chain that exists at every main city, I would stay only at this chain. (unfortunately it is not a chain. but I wish they invest and increase their presence at Europe) congratulations to the team.

They surprised my husband with small cakes on his birthday the day we arrived which i didn’t expect that they would do that even they said they don’t have package deal for my ideas. But they really made effort with everything greeting card and cakes it was excellent.
