The hotel was 5-star and reasonably priced. Staff were excellent - Youseff at reception was very accommodating and friendly. The pool with swim up bar was perfect after a very tiring day of sightseeing. Exceptional

Super good Nile river view. Very friendly staff. Can see hot air balloon while having our breakfast outdoor. Breakfast has many variety. Very classy Italian restaurant and good foods.

Nile Carnival Cruise 4nt Lxr Thursday 3nt Asw Monday se nachází v ideální lokalitě ve čtvrti East bank v destinaci Luxor. Prožili jsme s partnerem opravdu krásný a pohodový týden na této lodi. Před naloděním nás přivítal manažer lodi pan Maher Aziz, který byl nápomocen po celou dobu plavby, je to muž na správném místě. Dalším milým překvapením byl ovocný koš v kajutě a jmenovka na stole v jídelně. Jsou to maličkosti ,ale velice potěší a máte pocit ,že jste opravdu vítáni. Celý personál je milý, úslužný a cítíte se jako na návštěvě u přátel. Jídlo chutné ,v dostatečném množství, kajuta prostorná ,postele pohodlné, další milé překvapení byla vana v koupelně (kajuta-apartmán). Večerní, zábava a program ve společenské místnosti. Na palubě bazénky na osvěžení ,lehátka na opalování ,či lenošení. Je možné zakoupit výlety za poznáním památek, toho jsem nevyužila ,nebotˇ to nebyla má první plavba na této lodi ,pro partnera ano, ale naším cílem byla jen pohodová plavba a to se povedlo s nemalým přispěním personálu ,v čele s panem Maherem. Rádi se opět vrátíme, Světlana a Alexander

This is a a true gem, a Jewel by the Nile. It's a bit harder to get to the West Bank when you have arrived on the East Bank. This place is worth that trip. The area feels a bit rural so when you arrive it's an oasis that unfolds. They have their own organic garden, which the staff will be happy to show you. Amazing restaurant in the patio, and service. Amazing personnel. All of them. High comfort. Attention to details. You will hear birds and some honking from boats on the Nile (instead of traffic on the East Bank). The manager Said will organise your private guide to all Luxor sights. The dialogue was so nice with them all, so I even told Said I would give him and his team a 10 rating. Good wifi in all areas is another plus.

Communication with Hamdi for check-in was super easy, and Mohamed made sure that all our needs were met. My request for a vegetarian breakfast was handled perfectly well. Mohamed prepared a fantastic veggie breakfast with eggs, falafel, sweet bread, jam & honey, and, of course, fresh vegetables and fruit. Hamdi was also super nice and helped to organize a Falucca sailing boat on the Nile for us. Such a great experience! Unfortunately, we had our round trip already planned and booked ahead, so we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back soon!

This most beautiful villa we have ever stayed at. The staff Gaber and Mo were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. From start to finish our stay was seamless.

Ive been to egypt 3 times now - and this stay definetly blew all the others out of the water in terms of hospitality, quality(both food and the villa) and location(short drive from the main attractions, city center and airport without the usual egyptian noise) Mohammed, the host - super nice and comfortable host. Arranged activites, transport and sightseeing without any hassle. Best part however, was the hotel employees, the guides and the drivers he set us up with. Absolutely a joy to stay and if we ever come back - this is definetly the place we're staying at. Also dont bother going out to eat - the in house chef is fantastic!

Walid and his family were so kind and helpful! He's an architect of the Arabic design style, and those elements are everywhere. What a beautiful space! Also, do not miss the opportunity to have dinner and breakfast added to your stay. The family does an amazing dinner cooked with wood fire underground. They allowed me to video the process, which starts hours before dinner. Truly one of the best meals of our trip in Egypt.
