There are no words to describe how large the resort is and all the amenities they have, from the heating pools to the water slides and so many bars and restaurants. All staff are 10/10, they are so helpful and they are really doing their best to make you feel welcome and provide you all you may need during your stay. I have to mention mr Haytham from front office which number i got when we booked our stay and our entire 12 days that we spent there he was link with hotel and he was there for all our questions and requests. He even upgraded our room for free, which by the way we didn’t ask for but anyway he gave us one of the best rooms with most amazing view and location in resort. When we booked our stay i was really shocked by the rating they have on both booking and google, but after these 12 days all is clear and we will definitely come back in close future. Our experience at Steigenberger Resort Alaya Marsa Alam was excellent from start to finish. The level of service exceeded all expectations. Beautiful, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, terraces, and, most importantly, separate bathrooms with good doors (not glass), wonderful pools, very clean, bar staff and poolside staff do everything possible to ensure a pleasant stay. Delicious and varied food and desserts, lots of fresh fruit, and absolutely delicious smoothies made from mango, strawberry, and agave. They were magnificent. A very good gym, it has everything you need for a quality workout. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. And would love to visit this hotel again.

Beach was clean with smooth & instant services. Room view was lovely!

I've been at so many hotels and I've never seen anything like that! from the gentleman at the door to the hotel director everyone was extremely nice and helpful! We found everything we needed and more ! Food was unbeatable with a large variety from authentic egyptian cuisine to healthy options

Casa Mare Resort - ex, Royal Tulip Beach Resort se nachází v blízkosti Port Ghalib, 42 km od Marsa Alam. Everything is up to the standard of a 5 stars hotel. All the staff is very helpful and ready to give you a hand at any time (starting from the reception staff, restaurant and cleaning service) so you can relax and enjoy the hotel. An enormous buffet in every meal and a lot of service in place (scuba diving; kite surf school, and more)

Akassia swiss resort exceeds our expectations. The staff were so polite helpful and friendly. Special mention for waiter Mahmud and all animation team- Shagy, Zain, and especially Rose-Ruza... All place is magical and with some special charm. Pool boys were amazing- we felt so secure about our kids. Cant wait to come back.

Seemingly part of the natural environment between sandy mountains and deepest blue seas is the Mövenpick Resort El Quseir. Kvalitní jídlo, příjemné moře, skvělý nový infinity bazén. A hlavně vstřícný personál - hlavně správce bazénu Mustafa a náš pokojský Hany. Ale všichni byli milí a vstřícní. Byla to opravdu skvělá relaxační dovolená, kde člověk mohl vypustit všechny starosti.
