The facilities were very good, especially the water park, where our son had a lot of fun. The staff was very helpful, especially Mostafa, our personal assistant during our stay.

The staff were so polite helpful and friendly. Special mention for waiter Mahmud and all animation team- Shagy, Zain, and especially Rose-Ruza... All place is magical and with some special charm. Pool boys were amazing- we felt so secure about our kids. Cant wait to come back.
