We enjoyed the variety of pools, especially the heated ones, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The food was good, and the different theme nights added a nice touch to our experience. Overall, we appreciated the hospitality and efforts of the entire team. It was a memorable holiday for us, and we would definitely consider returning.

Our children (8 and 11 years old) especially loved the aquapark, which provided hours of fun and excitement. The beachfront location was beautiful, but with a pronounced water reflux, which could be seen as a negative thing or a positive one: an opportunity to explore the beach when the water receded. Our room was very big, nice and clean. Cleanliness throughout the resort was impressive and the friendliness of the staff made our stay even more pleasant. Our kids also really enjoyed the VR games, and the person at the VR movie area was fantastic with them. The resort itself is quite large, which might not suit guests who prefer a smaller, more compact setting. However, there are quadracycles and a shuttle bus to help get around, which made it manageable. It’s worth mentioning that the resort is far from any cities or towns, so going for a walk outside the resort isn’t really an option. That said, there is plenty to do on-site, and there are also organized excursions available, like safaris and other tours, if you’d like to explore the surrounding area. The food was delicious, with a wide variety and plenty of restaurant options to choose from. The Mediterreanean and Soprano restaurants had amazing sea views. Overall, we had a great family holiday here and would happily recommend it to other families looking for a fun, relaxing getaway.

The animation team was the star of the show – they were incredible and kept our kids (and us!) happily entertained from morning till night. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
