We spent an incredible week at scandi house. The location is perfect, just next to the lake, with stuning views over the mountains (including northern lights from the living room window), direct access to cross country tracks, a small walking distance from the city center with jacuzzi and frozen lake bath in the garden. Kids had sledging paths in the garden and spend hours there. The hosts are amazing and the flat was perfect for 6 person, perfectly equipped in all regards. I highly recomend, and hope to be back soon.

Great breakfast, many options and good quality products. Good location, close to city center and to bus stop. Sauna, jacuzzi and cold pool are included and available from 17 to 21 hs. The room has an electric kettle, coffee and tea. You can buy extra spa and wellness services.

The design of the room was amazing. The staff was kind and helpful starting from the check-in. The facility offers various activities, such as reindeer feeding, hiking tracks (providing complimentary snow shoes), Finn sauna, and hot tub jacuzzi (subject to additional charge and requires prior booking).

Perfect location surrounded by beautiful nature and walking distance from the centre. Fully equipped accommodation and kitchen, also loved the sauna and bubble bath. It’s very cosy, there are candles, soft blankets and board games. Feels like home away from home.

Aggie, Paul and Gooseberry were the best hosts one could ask for. Rooms were well decorated, well stocked and the view was beautiful. I especially like that they had spa and bbq facilities, that you need to pay extra for, but provides a range of activities for a guest to do, rather than staying in an isolated igloo. The experience was well worth it! Special mention to the spa experience! Perfect for relaxing after having to freeze in the cold all day!

Everything!! The most magical and romantic experience! The property was just perfect for us and a lot nicer than other igloos I had seen which were a lot more expensive than this one and they didn’t have a hot tub either. It was very peaceful and quiet and idyllic for what we wanted. The facilities were great hot tub, sauna, all kitchen things we needed for cooking and baking and a sky window that is heated to keep the roof clear from snow. Will need a car to get to it. 10/10 would recommend to couples

We absolutely loved the apartment was very cosy spacious well equipped and modern. Had 2 bathrooms and loved the sauna. Definitely would return here and can highly recommend it. We had our car and always was easy to park.

The Igloo is beautifully furnished and toasty warm. The Bedroom has the clear roof and it's wonderful to lay in bed and enjoy the night sky view without venturing out into the cold for the same experience. The indoor sauna and outdoor jacuzzi were unexpected wonderful touches that make for a real Finnish experience. Parking directly outside the igloo and access is easy with a code - and communication with the host is swift

Our room was reasonably modern with comfortable beds, a private balcony, a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was spacious and attractive. There was plenty of variety at the included breakfast, although the layout was confusing and made it hard to find certain items. We never did find the orange juice! Our meals of braised reindeer at the nearby Hullu Pollo restaurant were excellent, as were the staff.

Our stay at the Foxfires was amazing. Could not fault any part. Paul, Aggie and Gooseberry are incredible hosts. The property is beautiful and has fantastic attention to detail. The bed is super comfy, powerful shower, really clean, nice products in the bathroom. Paul and Aggie serve a delicious breakfast every morning with a great choice. We also used the arctic spa while we were there and it's such a magical experience sitting in a hot tub surrounded by the snow.
