Perfect location (walking distance from Syntagma square), high-end materials and furniture, a jacuzzi in the room, two large TVs, large closet to hang clothes in, comfy sofa and bed, friendly staff .. what's not to like?

The breakfast at the pub right next to the hotel was superb and had a wonderful variety of items readily available as well as a menu of items made to order. The location was within short walking distance to many great restaurants and sights. We opted for the room with a jacuzzi on the deck, and it was a wonderful activity for the kids after a long day. This hotel is truly a gem in such a beautiful city. Well worth a stay!

It is situated 600 metres from Monastiraki Railway Station and features a lift. The accommodation provides a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Awesome. Had an early check in and loved the room. The hot tub was amazing!

We’ve enjoyed absolutely everything about this hotel. It is absolutely stunningly designed, lots of marble with modern elements while incorporating the antique ruins the hotel stands on and that you can view through glass. The staff is going the extra mile for everything, everyone is friendly and helpful, we got amazing restaurant recommendations from our receptionist Dimitra, and the service at breakfast and in the rooftop bar is exceptional and fast. We absolutely loved the view of Acropolis from the beautifully designed rooftop terrace that is also used for breakfast. Breakfast itself was delicious with so much variance from Greek specialty breads and cakes to yoghurt, eggs, fresh fruit etc etc, it was the perfect start to the day. We also loved the location since you can just walk to the major sites in a few mins while being a bit out of the major tourist area in terms of noise and mess of people. We found great food within walking distance, beautiful orange trees everywhere and felt very safe. The rooms and hotel itself were exceptionally clean and well organized, the room was lovely, the beds super comfortable, and we loved the bath products and ordered them from the shop to use at home. We truly couldn’t be any happier with our experience with the niche hotel and are recommending to anyone ever going to Athens ☀️

From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience—they were incredibly helpful, assisting with everything we needed and even providing wine to our room. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a breathtaking view of the Acropolis. The rooftop was another highlight—enjoying breakfast there while taking in the perfect view of the Acropolis was unforgettable. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious and thoughtfully provided in a basket packed with plenty of food, all of which tasted amazing. This place truly has it all: great service, comfort, cleanliness, and a location you can’t beat. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens!

The hotel is located in well connected location. Bus, trams and taxis. The beach and Floisvos park is few steps away. The staff were amazing when dealing with difficult customers, I witnessed a situation and the staff took care of the customer professionally, calmly and politely.
