The staff were extremely friendly and helpful- from the reception staff to the young lady in the bar to the housekeepers. The parking in the underground garage was so convenient, the hotel is in pristine condition and the location was an easy coastal walk to everything.

Overlooking the Blue Flag Hersonissos Beach, the all-inclusive Creta Maris Resort combines a Cretan hospitality and green-oriented environment with exclusive 5-star services. We loved that it was so big that the beach and pools weren't overly crowded. However, we did stay on the adult exclusive side so our pool was a bit more relaxed and less people. I definitely recommend if you want a relaxed couple trip to go for the adult deluxe for sure. Otherwise you may be surrounded by screaming children. They even have a separate area on a very nice covered patio for adults only at the main buffet. As well as some adult only nights at the restaurants. It is also a very good resort for kids! They had plenty of pools for kids as well as an arcade, waterpark, kids club with activities throughout the day, etc. We ended up just relaxing by the pool/beach but they had activities for adults as well if you're interested in that. Greek lessons, out door cinema, live music, etc. WE LOVEDDD the aperol spritz bar, wish it was closer to the adult pool 😉 (but it's not that far 😂) We loved the view from our seaside room it was beautiful. The way they set up our room for our honeymoon was adorable (and it was free of charge☺️). The room also had an included mini bar, robe, and slippers. The house keepers were incredible! They kept our room super tidy wiped down the floors daily, gave us new towels (including beach ones) Servers were amazing as well, even during rushes they kept their cool. a la cartes were absolutely incredible. Platia's food was INCREDIBLE. I've never been so full in my life. Mademi was also pretty good food wise, but the views were so so good. We didn't get to the others because when looking at the menus they seemed similar to what was at the main buffet for vegetarians.

Enorme Infinity Elounda - Adults Only se nachází u pláže na kopci Elounda a nabízí výhled na záliv Elounda a ostrov Spinalonga. Everything, not negative comment. Fantastic staff… couldn’t help you enough. Great food. Spa was also fabulous and excellent value. I extended my stay for 2 extra nights.

Very big, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly, we loved the complimentary drink when we arrived for check-in. Parking is available if you have a car, and it’s really close to the seaside with all the restaurants. We wish we had booked more than one night!
