The property has a beautiful garden and is located slightly off the beaten path – perfect for those looking for some peace and quiet. There’s also a shared kitchen area in the garden, fully equipped and including a grill, which was a great bonus for cooking or enjoying meals outdoors. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and it’s absolutely stunning. The owners were incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. They also have a dog who’s both adorable and a little crazy – definitely added some character to our stay! The price was very reasonable. The only downside was the low-hanging lamps, which we occasionally bumped our heads into – a minor inconvenience in an otherwise great stay. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for a peaceful spot close to beautiful beaches with warm, welcoming hosts

Set in Nikiti, 700 metres from Nikiti Beach, Villa Nikiti View offers accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The accommodation provides a hot tub, free WiFi and family rooms. Excellent apartment with all amenities you need, clean, well-equipped and air-conditioned. In addition, villa has a very nice garden and beautiful view from the balcony. Swimming pool and bicycles on the property were a really nice touch. Towels and sheets were changed regularly, room cleaned very often. All in all, super value for the money.
