We loved EVERYTHING! The rooms were amazing- comfturble and very clean. The staff were so kind and helpful, we had such a great time. The bed was very comfortble!

Amazingly positive treatment by the staff, just before their scheduled closure for maintenance and a few days off before re-opening for Christmas. Allowed us to stay in the superior room we had booked, although we had mistaken to inform about having a dog with us. Also let us stay late at the lounge and even offered additional food for breakfast exclusively. Had a great time overall and will definitely suggest to others, also will visit again.
